Whether you follow a Buddhist practice, another spiritual path, or noformal practice at all, the core principle remains the same: be fullypresent in this moment, let go of attachment to the past and future, andcontinuously improve your thoughts, words, and actions. One of the greatest obstacles to personal growth is the belief that therewill always be more time later. Life is uncertain, and meaningful changebegins when we take action now.True practice is not limited to meditation, prayer, or spiritual study. Itis reflected in everyday life through awareness, kindness, humility, andthe willingness to correct our mistakes. By living with clarity andmindfulness in each moment, we create lasting transformation withinourselves and in our relationships with others.
Starting the journey of recovery after a three-month hospitalization due to a stroke, I found solace and purpose through my connection with Master Yip at the Chong Wan Xian Shi Temple in Jalan Pasar, Pudu, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Grateful for this opportunity to explore Wen Wang Gua, I have learned to embrace life anew.
With the unwavering support of my wife, Irene, I’ve rediscovered hope and resilience, motivating me to help others facing challenges in their lives. Through my practice of I Ching, I strive to offer guidance and support, committed to making a positive impact in the lives of those who suffer.
